Account Manager (Recruitment)

Salary and package details: £28,000 - 35,000 basic salary + 10% commission on all billings over a small threshold, company incentive trips (Marbella/ Mykonos/ Ibiza) annually for the whole team, quarterly local incentive trips, 25 days annual leave, healthcare cash back scheme, pension scheme, free onsite parking.

Job details:

  • Account Management of a large managed recruitment service client. This involves partnering with the company to exclusively recruit for all their vacancies across all areas of the business (engineering/ office support/ central services etc)
  • Advertising and sourcing for all live vacancies across the business with access to all major job boards and LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Screening candidates and arranging interviews/ managing offers etc.
  • Stakeholder management with the client's management team, ensuring service levels are maintained.
  • Updating the company CRM with all vacancy and hire details.

We are open to experience, from established Account Managers used to working at pace or Recruitment Consultants interested in moving into an RPO role.

This position is based in Portsmouth, hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 working from home.
