Quality Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our company's Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with in-depth understanding of PCB and electrical systems. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee quality control processes and procedures
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis (8D, A3)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (AS9100, ISO9001)
The idealQuality Engineerwill possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Quality Engineer Qualifications:
  • Degree in a technical field with a focus on quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001)
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An understanding of manufacturing drawings, specifications, and instructions, with a working knowledge of IPC standards (ideally CIS) is desirable.
