Asbestos Surveyor

MMP Consultancy islooking for a skilled Asbestos Surveyor to join an house Compliance team within a Local Authority in Portsmouth, providing support with ad hoc asbestos surveys and sampling requests.

While the P402 qualification is preferable, candidates should demonstrate competence in taking asbestos samples. You may also have the opportunity to assist in the creation of Asbestos Management Plans for various assets across region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Compliance team with asbestos surveys and sampling requests.
• Travel to various sites across Portsmouth as required.
• Potential involvement in the creation of Asbestos Management Plans for different assets.

Requirements:

• P402 qualification is preferred, but relevant experience in asbestos sampling is essential.
• Full UK driving license (for site visits across Portsmouth).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
