My client, national service company are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented invoice administrator to join their busy sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to step into their first finance administration role and gain valuable experience in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative and finnce tasks to continue the smooth running of the team..
Responsibilities
- Work within a specialist administration team to support in the costings
- Proofing and cross check contracts and document’s
- Data processing of client information
- Working within a fast-paced department ensuring accurate data entry to prepare for invoice generation.
- Report generation for customers utilising both the internal system and Excel.
- Liaising with internal departments to investigate and resolve queries.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good administrative skills
- Have good customer service skills
- Have good attention to detail
- Be fully competent in using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving ability with numerical queries
- Ideally will need to have had previous experience within a similar role
This role is full time and fully office based, you will be working in a lovely open plan busy office, with free onsite parking.
