The RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will:
- Assess current Talent Development initiatives and design creative, integrated solutions that enhance their effectiveness and align with People Technology.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, articulating ideas clearly and driving engagement across a global, remote workforce.
- Manage complex programs, from planning and design to execution and delivery, overcoming hurdles and delivering high-quality outcomes on tight deadlines.
- Guide the business through the change curve, selling the benefits of your solutions to ensure all-employee adoption.
- Leverage a deep understanding of technology to embed your designs, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration (note: this is not an IT-focused role).
- Promote continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with data protection and information security policies.
