Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000neg + Discretionary Bonus £3,000-£5,000

The role of the Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC will involve:
- Branch Manager position selling a high quality distributed range of air conditioning & refrigeration solutions
- All of your time will be focused on selling to air conditioning contractors, M&E contractors & sub-contractors
- Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
- Manage stock levels, set and work towards budget expectations for each year
- Maintain existing base and cultivate new customer relationships to increase sales
- Liaise internally with credit control team to manage customer accounts & payments
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided
- Providing training, development and motivation to depot personnel, managing a team of 7 Drivers, Warehousing & Internal Sales Staff
The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager – Air Conditioning / HVAC with:
- Must have experience running a busy a distribution branch within the construction industry
- Must have experience managing and developing a team
- Ideally will have experience with HVAC products or in an electrical/plumbing wholesaler
- A solid understanding of H&S regulations
- A strong commercial acumen or sales background are highly beneficial
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and in person
- IT Literate (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
