Service Delivery Manager (Managed Services/Aviation) | Remote/London | Permanent | £80,000 + bonus
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, process driven Service Delivery Manager to join a team determined to provide quality service delivery to a client within the aviation industry. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the IT professional services delivered to the client. This includes: service transition, service design, performance management, stakeholder management, customer on-boarding, service level performance/reporting, financial management, customer satisfaction, operational alignment, and managing new resources demand & improvement.
Experience Requirements:
- Extensive experience of managed services within a highly regulated environment
- Strong client & customer facing experience - having the ability to gather & understand exact resource requirement as well as advising and determining exactly what resources the customer requires,
- Project resources management
- PO Management / Working with change requests
- Expert knowledge/experience with ITIL, Service Design, and Service Transition
- Experience/ extensive knowledge of Palo Alto/Firewalls
- Ability to have tough conversations and to push back in decision making processes when required
Role Details:
- Permanent
- Up-to £80,000 plus bonus
- Remote with occasional travel into the London office
