A Carpentry Multi Trade position is available immediately with a leading Housing Association in the Portsmouth area.
The role offers a salary of £38,000, along with a van, fuel card, mobile phone, holiday pay, and additional benefits.
Candidates should have a core strength in carpentry and some skills in plumbing, patch plastering, and painting/decorating.
A full valid U.K driving license with no more than 6 points and two work references are required, along with good communication skills.
The position is for 40 hours a week and offers potential career progression into a permanent role.

Requirements

Carpentry core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, patch plastering, painting decorating
A full valid U.K driving license with no more than 6 points
Good verbal and written communication
2 work references will be required.

As well as excellent technical skills, you will act in a presentable and professional manner in accordance with the company guidelines.
