With a current turnover of £12m they have ambitious plans for double digit growth in the coming years. They are now seeking an innovative Managing Director to bring fresh perspectives and guide the company through an exciting period of expansion and transformation.
Managing Director – The Role:
In collaboration with the parent company, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing a tailored strategy for the UK, aligned with the group’s vision for significant growth. Leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing you will identify and capitalise on new opportunities to fuel business expansion. You will lead and inspire a cross-functional team while overseeing transformational projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and driving excellence.
Managing Director – You:
- Led a business unit or entity operating as part of a large, international group structure
- Experience in sales, manufacturing and installation within the HVAC sector
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Proven experience of driving change and transformation projects
- Ability to manage multi-functional teams
