  • Lead, coach, and manage the Service and Parts teams to maintain exceptional performance standards.
  • Recruit and onboard team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and enhance customer service standards, ensuring adherence to satisfaction indicators.
  • Monitor servicing requirements and key operational controls such as labour efficiency, sales, and cost of sales.
  • Implement effective stock control and warehouse management practices in line with manufacturer standards.
  • Identify and execute commercial opportunities through market-focused campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze customer needs and competitor activity to ensure targeted marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and service processes, delivering consistency across operations.
  • Promote a collaborative environment by engaging with other departments to drive business development.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, fostering a safe working environment.
Skills & Requirements:Essential:
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of departmental KPIs and operations.

Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager.
