- Lead, coach, and manage the Service and Parts teams to maintain exceptional performance standards.
- Recruit and onboard team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain and enhance customer service standards, ensuring adherence to satisfaction indicators.
- Monitor servicing requirements and key operational controls such as labour efficiency, sales, and cost of sales.
- Implement effective stock control and warehouse management practices in line with manufacturer standards.
- Identify and execute commercial opportunities through market-focused campaigns.
- Regularly analyze customer needs and competitor activity to ensure targeted marketing.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and service processes, delivering consistency across operations.
- Promote a collaborative environment by engaging with other departments to drive business development.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, fostering a safe working environment.
