Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert new prospects through proactive outreach and needs-based conversations - Appraise properties to maximize value and attract qualified buyers - Conduct viewings and negotiate deals to achieve monthly sales quotas - Provide guidance and support to junior sales representatives to improve performance - Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to attract new leads - Assist in managing a high-performing sales team through goal-setting, coaching and oversight - Maintain up-to-date property listings and ensure all details are accurately reflected online
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, business development, or customer-facing role - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently growing revenue - Strong negotiation and customer service skills with an ability to build rapport - Expertise in property appraisals, valuations, and relevant regulations - Self-motivated with a relentless drive to achieve results - Comfortable with targets, KPIs and analytics to optimize performance - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Salary: up to £30,750
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, every other Saturday 9am - 1pm
