Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnered with a scale up brand who are looking for a Head of Marketing to take charge of our clients entire marketing ecosystem. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution, this is a business operating in scale up mode and will suit anyone who thrives from pace and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities in the position of Head of Marketing:

* Performance Marketing: Drive growth through data-driven campaigns, maximizing ROI across paid channels (PPC, display, affiliates).
* Social Media & Content: Develop and manage compelling content strategies across all platforms to engage our clients audience and grow the community.
* Events & Sponsorships: Plan and execute both digital and live events, building partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
* Brand Management: Own the look and feel of the brand across all touch points - from website to video production, photography, and brand launches.
* SEO & CRM: Lead the SEO strategy to drive organic growth while optimising CRM to enhance customer retention and engagement.
* Website & UX: Ensure the website delivers an exceptional user experience, reflecting brand identity and supporting commercial goals.
* Creative Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging video, photography, and graphic content that resonates with our audience.

To be considered for the position of Head of Marketing, you will offer:

* Proven in a senior marketing role, ideally within the sports, eCommerce, or online brand space.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and social media.
* A creative mindset with a strategic vision, able to lead innovative campaigns that drive brand growth.
* Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
