This role is central to driving brand visibility, lead generation, and market engagement. Their platform is designed for property managers, real estate agents, and inspectors, allowing them to streamline the process of conducting inspections, creating detailed reports, and managing property-related data.

Description

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager will include:

  • Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor and develop a small team of marketers. Oversee day to day activities, setting clear KPIs, and providing performance feedback.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution - Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive engagement, and support sales objectives globally. Develop creative strategies for promoting the brand and products across digital channels, including SEO and social media. Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with sales goals, collaborating on messaging, timing, and target audiences.
  • Event & Exhibition Management - Plan and manage the company's presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and other key events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Oversee event logistics, including booth design, marketing materials, and on-site presence, working with external partners as needed. Develop pre-event and post-event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and follow-up.
  • Website & Content Management - Oversee the development, management, and optimisation of the company website to improve user experience and lead conversion. Collaborate with internal and external content creators to ensure website content, blogs, case studies, and landing pages align with the brand and SEO best practices.
  • Data-Driven Campaign Analysis - Track, analyse, and report on campaign metrics, using insights to refine and improve marketing effectiveness. Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to the sales team and executive board regularly, demonstrating ROI on marketing spend and activities.
  • Outreach & Collaboration - Work closely with the global sales team to develop tailored campaigns and assets for different regions and client segments. Build partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and organisations to amplify brand visibility and reach.

Profile

The successful Marketing Manager will have these preferred skills & requirements:

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, CRM platforms).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methods (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within the PropTech or real estate technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of creative marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, social media management, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing websites, with knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and web analytics.
  • Track record of planning and executing successful events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and build rapport with sales teams and senior executives.
