Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead a team of 3 This role is central to driving brand visibility, lead generation, and market engagement for a growing PropTech platform.

This established and growing B2B business, is a company that provides software solutions for property inspections, reporting, and management.

Description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 3 marketers. Overseeing day to day activities, setting clear KPIs, and providing performance feedback.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive engagement, and support sales objectives globally. Develop creative strategies for promoting the brand and products across digital channels, including SEO and social media. Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with sales goals, collaborating on messaging, timing, and target audiences.
  • Plan and manage the presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and other key events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Oversee event logistics, including booth design, marketing materials, and on-site presence, working with external partners as needed. Develop pre-event and post-event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and follow-up.
  • Oversee the development, management, and optimisation of the company website to improve UX and lead conversion. Collaborate with internal and external content creators to ensure website content, blogs, case studies, and landing pages align with the brand and SEO best practices.
  • Use insights to refine and improve marketing effectiveness. Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to the sales team and executive board regularly, demonstrating ROI on marketing spend and activities.
  • Work closely with the global sales team to develop tailored campaigns and assets for different regions and client segments. Build partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and organisations to amplify brand visibility and reach.

Profile

You will have:

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, CRM platforms).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methods (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within the PropTech, Real Estate or Fintech sectors (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of creative marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, social media management, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing websites, with knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g.,WordPress) and web analytics.
  • Track record of planning and executing successful events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and build rapport with sales teams and senior executives.
