A civil engineering and utilities contractor is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their site leadership team in the Hampshire region.
The role involves overseeing multi-discipline civil and utility projects with values up to £10 million.
Key responsibilities include conducting site inductions, monitoring project progress, and managing risk assessments.
Candidates must possess a valid driving license, CSCS, SSSTS or SMSMTS, and have experience with highways and high-speed road networks.
The position requires strong commercial experience and a background in civil engineering or utilities projects, with a salary commensurate with experience.

A civil engineering / utilities contractor is seeking an experienced Supervisor to bolster the site leadership team, working on multi discipline civil and utility schemes across the Hampshire region.

Projects range from general local authroity and private client schemes ranging in vlaue up to 10m

Responsibilities:

Site inductions and staff briefings
Assisting in maintenance and preparation of CPP
Monitoring progress within the agreed programme
Monitoring risk assessments and method statements
Monitoring resourcing levels and increasing/decreasing where necessary

To be suitable for the position you must have:

Driving Licence
CSCS
SSSTS or SMSMTS
Highways and High speed road network experience
NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation)
Strong Commercially experience
Experience of working on civil enigneering or Utilities projects
