As Forklift Engineer you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, maintenance and servicing of a mixture of diesel and electric forklifts across various MOD sites throughout the south and on MOD marine vessels as and when required.

You will be qualified to NVQ level 3, City & Guilds standard or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Plant Engineering and have a proven track record of working on the breakdown repair, service and maintenance of forklift trucks including a good all-round understanding of mechanics, hydraulics and electrics.

Individuals who possess a forklift licence and are LOLER qualified would be of distinct interest, though not essential.

Due to the nature of the work all individuals must be able to obtain UK security clearance.
