Our client,a tech-driven, modern accountancy practice are seeking a Senior Client Manager tooversee a portfolio of UK and UAE clients, providing expert tax and accounting advice while ensuring top-tier client service.
In addition, you’ll lead a dedicated team, managing workflow, mentoring staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Portfolio Management – Act as the primary contact for clients, delivering expert tax advice and reviewing work for accuracy.
- Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a team, delegating tasks effectively and providing training to enhance team performance.
- Business Development – Identify and implement opportunities for service expansion, renewals, and client conversions.
- Compliance & Technology – Ensure efficient use of Xero and cloud-based accounting tools, optimising workflow processes.
- Strategic Support – Act as a key link between clients, staff, and senior management, supporting business forecasting and client retention strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA/ACCA qualified with strong practice experience.
- Proven experience managing high value client portfolios.
- Expert Xero and cloud accounting knowledge.
- Strong technical expertise in personal and corporate tax.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on growth, efficiency, and client service.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
