Core responsibilities will typically include:

  • Contacting leads from the CRM system, with aim of securing an appointment for Sales Team.
  • Managing the lead forensics data and contacting leads that have visited the website.
  • Contacting clients by telephone and email, providing marketing material and following up.
  • Booking appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Maintaining the CRM system ensuring all activities are recorded.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant Sales / Business Development experience.
  • Understanding of working in a project environment.
  • Comfortable working on long sales cycle.
  • Happy communicating with senior client contacts on high value project leads.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient MS Office 365.
  • Used to working with a CRM system.
