- Utilise your commercial acumen to drive account retention and proactively manage account renewals, ensuring customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- You'll need to be resilient, with the energy to push through change and the creativity to inspire those around you.
- Analysing churn rates and performance KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Take charge of the customer on boarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new clients.

Management experience of account managers, managing commercial account contracts.
