  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Managers fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Utilise your commercial acumen to drive account retention and proactively manage account renewals, ensuring customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • You'll need to be resilient, with the energy to push through change and the creativity to inspire those around you.
  • Analysing churn rates and performance KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Take charge of the customer on boarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new clients.
