Business Development Executive - Internal Sales Representative - Construction Interiors

Location:South Coast (Office-Based)

Hours:Flexible options available, standard hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 16:30 (40 hours per week)

Cormac & Co is recruiting on behalf of a design and build company on the South Coast. This growing firm is seeking a dynamicBusiness Development Executiveto join their team and help drive their ambitious growth plans.


The Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a motivated individual to play a key part in a company thats on the path to becoming a leader in their field. Working in a supportive, positive environment, youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through a mix of research, client outreach, and collaboration with marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver against weekly targets, including:
  • Moving leads worth into the qualified stage.
  • Completingsales activities.
  • Bookingnew project appointments.
  • Proactively research potential clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, ensuring all notes, activities, and opportunities are logged accurately.
  • Build relationships with potential clients via multiple channels, including phone and LinkedIn.
  • Contribute to a positive, goal-driven team atmosphere.

What Were Looking For

  • Self-motivationand a can-do attitude.
  • Strongorganisational skillsand attention to detail.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office 365; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.
  • An interest in interior design or related industries would be advantageous.

  • Previous experience in sales or business development is desirable but not essential.
