- Point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project updates and seamless communication with clients.
- Qualify and process incoming enquires, providing technical support for the brand
- Convert enquiries into a sales order and seek bigger opportunities to pass to external sales teams
- Prospecting new leads through multiple platforms
- Visit clients and customers alongside the sales team
- Receive and process customer orders
- Provide quotes
- Back-order management
- Work with fulfilment on work order scheduling
- Ensure the database is up to date and correct
- Add returns on when required and correct price updates
- Be a brand ambassador. This could involve gathering and analysing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Either experienced or a Graduate. Knowledge/degree in construction,business or engineering desireable
- Interested in working within a sales/technical career
