CNC Miller
We are looking for a skilled and experienced cnc millerto join a well know precision engineering company based in the Portsmouth area. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC milling and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

CNC Miller Responsibilities
  • Setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Programming CNC machines using Fanuc and Solidcam software
  • Performing quality checks to ensure machined parts meet specifications
  • Troubleshooting and adjusting CNC machines as needed
  • Adhering to all safety and quality regulations
Skills needed for CNC Miller
  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller
  • Proficiency in setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling machines
  • Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and Solidcam software
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills
Day-to-day for CNC Miller
  • Setting up and preparing CNC milling machines for production
  • Programming CNC machines using Fanuc and Solidcam

  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise during production
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production processes
This is a full time permanent position from Monday to Friday
