Job Role:

Optima are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist/ Programmer to join our Precision Manufacturing client based in Portsmouth. The CNC Machinist/Programmer will be responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC machine, maintaining equipment and supplies.

Candidate's check list:

Experience in 5 axis or 3 axis experience

Experience in Heidenhain

The candidate must be self-motivated and driven.

Must have high attention to detail

Full training will be given as they use in house machines.

Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment

Good communication skills are also essential
