The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced CNC Turner Fanuc Programmer to join one of the South Coast's leading Engineering/Manufacturers of complex parts for sectors including Renewable Energy, Electric Vehicles, Petrochemical and Automation.

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for working with customer drawings, files and specifications to create CNC Programs, Set and Operate

Some of your duties will include:

Programme, Set and Operate CNC twin Spindle twin Turret Turning Machines with driven tooling.

Create and Prove out CNC programs with Fanuc controls ensuring the highest quality is maintained at all times and the machining processes are running efficiently to maximise productivity.

Dimensionally inspect manufactured products, using a variety of measuring equipment, to ensure the drawing requirements are achieved.

Promoting the culture of a continual improvement environment, 5s and Lean manufacturing standards within the organisation.

What do you need to succeed?

Experienced CNC Turner programming experience

Fanuc expert user

Experience in using twin spindle twin turret, Lynx and SYNERGi Premier cell would be highly advantageous
