We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading precision engineering company specializing in bespoke manufacturing and toolmaking. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, win new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
The Role:
- Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities in the precision engineering sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Possess a strong technical understanding of CNC machining and cost estimation to provide accurate quotes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and progress.
About You:
- Proven track record in sales within precision engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining and bespoke manufacturing.
- Self-motivated with the drive to win new business and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to meet clients.
