About Us:
Our client is a leading provider of innovative M&E solutions, committed to delivering exceptional projects that exceed client expectations. They are seeking a talented and experienced M&E Estimator to join the growing team.
The projects will range from £300,000 - £3million.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately estimating costs for M&E projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.
- Preparing detailed tender documents and proposals.
- Analysing tender documents and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborating with design engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and pricing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an M&E Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, components, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
