Void Repairs Supervisor

Must have the ability to work between multiple jobs and organise a small team of staff and subcontractors.

Must have excellent working knowledge of the social housing environment and experience of voids would be an advantage.

General duties include:

  • Supervision of voids property upgrades
  • Kitchen and bathroom installations
  • H&S management in compliance with company policy & documentation.
  • Quality checks and related surveys
  • Working with project managers to organise materials and labour resources and sub contractors.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Confident communication skills
  • Well organised.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the drive and focus to deliver results.
  • Health & Safety Qualification- IOSH, SSSTS or similar advantageous.
  • Forward thinking pro-active approach.
