iO Associates is looking for an onsite Building & Construction Project Leader, to work at the Broughton site for a global pioneer in the aerospace industry, operating in the commercial aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead MEP teams in designing Building Services for various projects, including major plant replacements.
  • Utilize industry-standard design software for detailed design and calculation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and design team members to ensure project success.
  • Manage projects efficiently, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Skilled in leading and managing Multi-Functional Project Teams, including external professionals such as contract managers and client representatives.
  • Preferably, possess prior senior Project Management experience in Facilities Management.
  • Experienced in Capital Investment Project management and successful project delivery.
  • Hold ONC/HNC or equivalent in a Building Engineering Services design-related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in Building Engineering Services Refurbishment, particularly in small to medium-sized projects.
