In your new role as Senior Cladding Contracts Manager, you will oversee pricing, project management, and mechanical aspects of cladding jobs, ensuring smooth execution and compliance. Collaborating closely with a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage contracts, site operations, labour organisation, and schedules. With your technical skills in estimating, take-offs, and scheduling, you will be instrumental in achieving project success and supporting long-term business growth. What you'll need to succeed is strong technical expertise, including UK-based cladding installation, pricing, and compliance management. Experience in estimating and project planning, coupled with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once, is essential. A background in cladding or construction, preferably transitioning into management, will be advantageous, alongside strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams. Practical experience in the field will support your ability to deliver impactful results. What you'll get in return for this permanent position offers an attractive salary package of £50,000 for a Junior Contracts Manager and up to £70,000 for a Senior Contracts Manager. You will be working alongside the opportunity to work on diverse projects throughout the country.
