Job:Technical Manager

Location: South Coast/Hampshire

Hours: Full time

My client are a well established residential developer operating across the South East. They would like to hire a Technical manager or Technical Coordinator looking for a step up to work in- house to compliment their existing design team. It is essential you are fully qualified and have proven experience in residential developments.

Duties/ responsibilities as follows:

Lead the quality assurance process on Projects

Perform thorough reviews to ensure projects meet technical quality standards, accuracy and completeness

Carefully monitor the use of new materials and construction methods for compliance with best practices and standards

Lead document review meetings with Project teams to ensure understanding of corrections needed

Must be detail-oriented with an understanding of process flow and able to handle sensitive and confidential information involving complex project documents

Ability to work well independently with little supervision - should be self-directed and be highly motivated
