The role involves assisting with project documentation, managing project-related data, and attending project meetings.
BPSS clearance is required, and while experience with SAP is desirable, it is not essential.

Experience in administration within health and safety/environmental regulations and safe working practices.
Familiarity with refit, installation, and repair activities in a shipyard environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems and their functionality across different business areas.
Experience with SAP is desirable, but not essential

The Job

Assist in the configuration control of relevant project documentation, ensuring proper connection with SAP.
Collate and process project-related data and information as required.
Oversee CR process management.
Attend project meetings, contributing where necessary.
Process customer acceptance approval steps
