A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Training Manager to join a fantastic engineering business in the Hampshire area.
With no day ever being the same the National Training Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Leading hands-on demonstrations & training sessions on customer sites
- Working closely with the sales & engineering teams
- Developing an academy of training specialists across the UK
- Travelling to customer sites across the UK
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Training Manager, Demonstration Manager or similar
- Experience in road construction, repair & materials
- Experience in working with people from on site teams to senior management
- Happy to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland
