You will enjoy working as part of a friendly team, be confident speaking to customers over the phone and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Main Duties

  • Inbound/outbound customer service calls
  • Handling general enquiries, returns and complaints
  • Corresponding with customers over the phone via telephone and emails
  • Identify a customer needs and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with our Service level agreement
  • Dealing with after sale queries and issues
  • Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication
  • Data entry into the in-house system

Knowledge and Skills

  • Call centre or non-customer-facing customer service experience essential
  • An excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills, must be both written and verbal.
  • Ability to achieve the best outcome for the customer when faced with obstacles
  • Able to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment
  • Team player, organised and strong attention to detail.
