Amour Recruitment is excited to be working with a great company based in lakeside, Portsmouth who is seeking positive Customer Support Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for clients
- Resolving queries and managing any complaints
- Responding to a busy inbox and any web-chat queries
- Updating an inhouse CRM accurately, maintaining spreadsheets and any general admin
Personal Requirements:
- Previous call centre/handler experience is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems
- Must have at least 5 years UK residency for security clearance

Hours: Monday to Friday on a shift basis 0800-1630, 0830-1700 or 0930-1800.
Salary: £25,000 plus 5% annual bonus
