My client are a Waste Management company based in Portsmouth who are looking for a professional Customer Service Advisor to join the team due to growth.
The role is inbound calls and you will be able to earn additional money for any upsells you manage to arrange!
The role will be to provide an excellent service as first point of contact to all customers
- Arranging collections
- Looking for opportunities to upsell to customers.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues and providing solutions
You'll be someone that comes with customer service experience previously and enjoys talking with customers!
