Customer Service Advisor & Administrator Location: Hybrid working after probation, Offices are based in Portsmouth Salary: £23,750 + 5% BonusHours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Flexible between 8am and 6pm)Benefits:

·Dynamite Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor & Administrator for a well-established company based in Portsmouth. Due to the company's growth, they are looking to expand their team at this busy and exciting time.As a Customer Service Advisor & Administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a specialist department dealing with vehicle-related issues.Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone-based Customer Service: Communicating with customers to resolve vehicle-related needs.
  • Customer Interaction: Handling service and maintenance enquiries and assisting with scheduling the in
  • Email Management: Handle a busy inbox, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Liaising with Third Parties: Work with internal departments and other partners to manage bookings.
  • Organize Courtesy Cars: Coordinate car hires and ensure smooth transitions for customers.
  • High Volume Administration: Manage spreadsheets, booking systems, legal documents, and client records.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in customer service, both via telephone and email.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to process information quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent administration skills, including experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent service.
