- Are you available to start on the 1st/2nd August?
- Receive calls and assist customers with their enquiries ask a series of questions to be able to register and set up claims.
- To complete various telephone work.
- To take accurate information and process this onto the database.
- Complete general ad hoc administrative duties.
- Previous experience of telephone-based customer services is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Good administration skills and experience.
- Be available to start asap and to be able to commit to at least 6 weeks.
- Will have a positive can-do attitude.
