- Schedule vehicles for MOTs, services, and repairs.

- Handle a busy inbox, prioritizing emails, and meeting deadlines.
- Chase updates from garages on vehicle status and manage customer expectations.
- Complete high volumes of administration tasks, including updating spreadsheets, managing booking systems, producing legal certificates, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Previous experience in customer service and administration, managing both phone and email communication.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to stay organized in a busy environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to quickly capture information with accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent administration skills and a passion for staying busy.
