Customer Service & Administration Support Temporary position Location: Portsmouth Duration: Up to 6 months Salary: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (flexible between 8am and 6pm) Dynamite Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a well-established client based in Portsmouth, seeking an experienced Customer Service and Administration Advisor for a temporary position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and efficient professional to provide essential customer service and administration support to multiple departments. As a Customer Service and Administration Advisor, you will be part of a specialist team offering key support to customers. Your role will involve a variety of administrative and customer service duties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. Key Duties:
  • Provide administrative and customer service support across multiple departments.
  • Manage communication with customers via phone and email, providing high-level customer service.
  • Liaise with service and repair centres, body shops, and mobile repairers.
  • Schedule vehicles for MOTs, services, and repairs.
  • Process and input important data with accuracy.
  • Handle a busy inbox, prioritizing emails, and meeting deadlines.
  • Chase updates from garages on vehicle status and manage customer expectations.
  • Complete high volumes of administration tasks, including updating spreadsheets, managing booking systems, producing legal certificates, and maintaining accurate client records.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in customer service and administration, managing both phone and email communication.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to quickly capture information with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent administration skills and a passion for staying busy.
