Wild are working with a leading business who are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support to a dedicated portfolio of accounts.

Other responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for client queries
  • Taking client order requests and processing them on the in-house system
  • Building rapport with a portfolio of clients and handling issues and requests efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Liaising closely with the field based sales team and other internal departments
  • Updating the system accurately and regularly

Skills required:

  • Fluent German essential
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service or Administration led role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel)
  • Able to work well under pressure and towards deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
