- Update and maintain a bespoke system.
- Identify and suggest areas to improve the customers journey from analysing data.
- Report back on any data issues
- To upload large volumes of data onto the system
- Support gathering of missing data from stakeholders, comparison of input data against existing one,update based on latest correct info.
- To create and update excel reports, VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
- Completing general administration
- Good administrative skills and experience
- Advanced level of Word and Excel
- Needs to have experience in VLOOKUPS, Macros and pivot tables
- Previous experience of analysing data would be an advantage but isn't essential
