Data AnalystLocation: PortsmouthSalary: Up to £30,000 P/A + Fantastic benefits!Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. (37.5 hours per week) Dynamite Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit an experienced individual with knowledge of V Lookups (Excel) to join the business at this busy and demanding time. Our client provides a number of specialist service to customers and are growing considerably due to their success. As a Analyst, your key duties will also include:
  • Extract, validate, and analyse large data sets.
  • Create reports, summaries, and recommendations for customers.
  • Ensure customer contracts align with business goals and SLAs.
  • Monitor trends to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Maintain supplier product data and assess business impact.
  • Assist with managed print solutions data.
  • Standardise and code new customer proposals for cost savings.
  • Price customer bids to meet profit and savings targets.
  The ideal Administrator will have/be:
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience with V Lookups essential.
  • Experience in administrative and executive support.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and experience working to and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work well in a team.
