- Creation of initial procedure (based on instruction) on how to correct data fields
- Correct system data by manual input based on check list against daily achievement target and against created procedure
- Correct system data by upload to system and creation of upload format
- Check input correction output
- Update KPI against correction done
- Support gathering of missing input data from stakeholders, comparison of input data against existing one, Update based on latest correct info.
- Analysis of data in excel creation of problem categories and summarising of results in a structured way.
- Completing general administration
- Strong administrative skills and experience
- Advanced level of Word and Excel
- Excel analytical skills
- The ability to execute against a base instruction.
- At times client sensitive data may be handled (email addresses / telephone number) – not necessarily restricted clients, but still some basic GDPR compliance will be required.
- Previous experience of supporting with new systems / implementing new systems would be advantageous although isn’t essential
