We provide building services and maintenance solutions across the UK from our Portsmouth headquarters. Our in-house CAD design team is looking for a talented Revit Technician to join us on a permanent basis, bringing their expertise to our exciting commercial projects.

The Role:As a Revit Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality Revit designs and managing BIM processes to ensure seamless project delivery. Collaborating closely with our skilled project teams, you’ll help drive efficiency, precision, and innovation in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings using Revit.
  • Manage and maintain BIM workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to run clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
  • Maintain and update Revit libraries, templates, and families for consistent project outputs.
  • Provide technical support and share expertise to enhance team performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Revit Technician with strong BIM knowledge.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., HNC/HND in a related field) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with other CAD software is a plus.
