Key Responsibilities
  • Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery and management

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, particularly those with SEND

  • Help with classroom behaviour management

  • Support students' social and emotional development

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience working with children (classroom, nursery, or care work)

  • Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable attitude

  • Available at least two days a week (full-time is ideal)

  • Drivers are highly preferred due to some school locations
