Key Responsibilities

Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery and management
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, particularly those with SEND
Help with classroom behaviour management
Support students' social and emotional development
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working with children (classroom, nursery, or care work)
Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable attitude
Available at least two days a week (full-time is ideal)
Drivers are highly preferred due to some school locations
