We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide exceptional care and support for clients in an outstanding secondary SEN school in Cosham, Portsmouth.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with working hours from 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Candidates should have experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties, mental health issues, or physical disabilities and reside in the Portsmouth area.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a reliable work ethic, with experience in assisted living facilities, SEN schools, or care homes.

Teaching Assistant Main Duties:

As a teaching assistant you will be working in collaboration with your team to deliver the highest quality of care
The teaching assistant will follow students specific care plans
As a teaching assistant you will teach skills for independent living.
The teaching assistant will be supporting students social and behavioural development

Teaching Assistant Skills Needed:

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have experience working within an assisted living facility, SEN School or Care home and have positive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills.

For the role of a teaching assistant reliability and a strong team/work ethic are essential within this role.
