Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our elderly residential care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the residential care home
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Lead and motivate a team of care staff
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance
- Liaise with residents' families and external healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Manager Award (RMA) or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in elderly residential care management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and manage budgets
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
