This role involves providing delivery support to the Shore Integration Facility, including both planned and reactive maintenance activities and installation projects. Additionally, the role encompasses the functional management of a team of engineers within the Maritime, Land & Weapons Engineering discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical design for electrical installations involving a variety of voltages and frequencies
- Provide first line assurance of maintenance and electrical project sign-off
- Collaborate with the facility team and scheduler to deconflict and plan maintenance activities
- Develop individuals, ensuring development plans are aligned with business capability needs and requisite capacity
- Advise, discuss, and approve objectives with individuals, and coach through PDR and feedback received
- Engage in group-wide calibration and performance discussions
Job Requirements:
- Extended hands-on electrical experience
- Experience in a leadership role
- 18th Edition qualified (BS7671)
