This role involves providing delivery support to the Shore Integration Facility, including both planned and reactive maintenance activities and installation projects. Additionally, the role encompasses the functional management of a team of engineers within the Maritime, Land & Weapons Engineering discipline.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical design for electrical installations involving a variety of voltages and frequencies
  • Provide first line assurance of maintenance and electrical project sign-off
  • Collaborate with the facility team and scheduler to deconflict and plan maintenance activities
  • Develop individuals, ensuring development plans are aligned with business capability needs and requisite capacity
  • Advise, discuss, and approve objectives with individuals, and coach through PDR and feedback received
  • Engage in group-wide calibration and performance discussions


Job Requirements:

  • Extended hands-on electrical experience
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • 18th Edition qualified (BS7671)
