Solderer/Cable Assembler

We are currently seeking experienced Solderers and Cable Assemblers to join our production team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in soldering techniques and cable assembly, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-notch work.

Responsibilities:

Perform soldering tasks according to specifications, including through-hole and surface mount components.
Assemble and solder cables, wires, and harnesses according to engineering drawings and instructions.
Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and address any defects or issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a solderer and cable assembler in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in soldering techniques, including hand soldering and soldering irons.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
