A fast growing business in the Portsmouth area is looking to increase its R&D capability due to successfully winning new projects. Chroma are looking for an Electronics Design Engineer who can design bespoke boards from concept/specification.
The role of Electronics Design Engineer reports to the CTO on a day-to-day basis working as part of a multi-disciplined team. The team consists of hardware, mechanical, software, test and validation engineers.
This role is classed as full lifecycle, where youll be involved from specification, design, test, validation and delivery for manufacture. Youll be working with external and internal partners to deliver highly complex solutions.
Electronics Design Engineer Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering
- Analogue and Digital design
- Schematic Capture
- PCB Design & Layout (all packages considered)
- RF Design
- FPGA/ASIC design (desirable)
- EMC/EMI standards
